Julie Gichuru , a Kenyan media personality and entrepreneur has officially stepped down from her role at MasterCard Foundation.
The journalist was working as a Chief Public Affairs and Communication Officer close to five years.
Before, the media personality had worked with Capital FM, various current affairs shows at NTV Kenya and Citizen as well as a reporter.
Julie Gichuru announced her departure via a message on Instagram on 3/4/2024.
The TV icon said she was deeply humbled and honored to have served to have served with the foundation close to five years.
Over that period, I have worked with incredibly smart, kind, committed and impactful teams. This is a statement to the fact that workplaces do not need to be hard and mechanical to be efficient and effective
Julie Gichuru said as she appreciated the MasterCard Foundation.
She proclaimed that as she was starting a new season, she would still move together with MasterCard Foundation on similar mission to see a transformed Africa.
Julie further thanked MasterCard foundation for the heartfelt send-offs.
