Renowned digital  content creator Njambi Fever has addressed Pulse Influencer awards, alleging that they only nominated her just for exploitation.

Taking to her Instagram stories, Njambi accused the organizers behind the Pulse Influencer Awards of exploiting her image without proper compensation.

She noted that the awards ceremony, which celebrates the influence of online creators, has failed to fairly acknowledge the contributions and rights of some of its participants, including her included.

“Pulse Awards used me and our platform because I have a different audience than what they’re used to. But you know what? It is okay, one day the narrative will be changed.”

Njambi  further noted her disappointment with the event organizers, making it clear that she doesn’t want them to ever associate her brand with theirs again.

“I don’t care how they announce results, and I’m asking that Pulse Awards should never ever nominate me in anything. Forever! Be in next year. Be it in 5 or 10 years time, no matter how long it takes, the narrative will change.”

Njambi is among the many  influences who have echoed their concerns about exploitation and unfair practices by major events like the Pulse Influencer Awards.

So far the organizers have not publicly responded to Njambi’s claims.
