Nominees for People’s Choice Awards have expressed their frustrations.
This was after the organizers failed to attend even though purchased tickets and even paid for the votes.
The attendees complained that they had waited for four hours only to be told that there was no longer going to be an event.

They complained that they used a lot of money to buy new outfits and do make ups for ladies only to be told that there was no event.
With the number of frustrations, Kaka Empire came to the defense of Azeezah claiming that she was not involved in any matter concerning the planning of the event, she was a just to host the event.
This they said on a statement.
We want to address Azeezah fans and supporters regarding the People’s Choice Awards. Azeezah was honored to be hired as the host for the event, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, she was unable to execute her role as planned, despite having arrived at the location at the stipulated time.
They stated.

They added that Azeezah was not involved in the planning or execution of the event since her role was solely limited to hosting.
