The Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya has recently said that some individuals were unhappy when he urged the Government to tackle on matter of abductions in the country.
The he spoke on TV 47.
During the festive season, at least six people were allegedly abducted and five got released after the protests that took place during the festive season raising concerns for the abductees to be released.
Why would people get angry when I give my opinion to the extent of looking for mistakes? They do this with the aim of removing me from office because I’ve exercised my freedom of expression.
The Trans Nzoia Governor said.
He termed those individuals who want to impeach others whom they think they are doing a good work and are looking for small mistakes as dictators.
Someone who’s been voted for by the people of Trans Nzoia, how can 20 people try to impeach him. I do not think there is anyone in Trans Nzoia who has a motive to impeach me from office.
Natembeya added.
