Lady Maathai, an on-air personality and radio presenter has announced her departure from choice radio.
She had been working on the station for one year two months.
Her beautiful voice and unique talent captured her listeners voice, this made them to always tune in on the channel every afternoon.
The announcement was made via a statement on social media.
Lady Maathai said that it had been pleasure and honor to work at the station every afternoon entertaining their audience.
To the team I have grown to know and love, it’s been an absolute pleasure working with all the excellent, talented and most of all creative minds. I hope we will cross paths again. The growth I attained both personally and career wise, I owe to you all.
Lady Maathai expressed this to her co-workers.
She further appreciated her listeners as she said that it was because of her listeners and clients that she did the job to keep them entertained.
Lady Maathai added that leaving Choice radio was not the end of the road. She would keep her fans posted on the new opportunity coming her way.
She feels it’s time to pursue new opportunities and take on new challenges.
