Each year, it partners with U.S embassies to screen American films and send American filmmakers overseas to discuss with their film audiences and to lead workshops for international filmmakers.
The main aim is to spark conversations around shared challenges and to support economic creative opportunities.
It also aims to build friendly, peaceful relations between the people of the United States and the people of other countries through academic, cultural, sports and professional exchanges.
