Renown script writer and comedian Eddie Butita has revealed he is not in a hurry to Marry. This he said in recent Oga Obinna’s show which took place on 17/9/2024. This was in response to the fact that the veteran script writer made a post on his Instagram account on 12/3/2024 saying that he wanted a chef with specified the qualifications. A chef from the coastal region who is single, beautiful, should come from the coastal region, God fearing and should be financially stable. In the interview, Eddie Butita said that people did not believe he was searching for a chef yet he was. He added that he had received a lot of proposals from different women. He commented that the women looked beautiful as the food they were showing on his inbox that made him to almost rethink his decision. Oga Obinna asked him if he was dating or planning to date. Eddie Butita answered by saying he was waiting for the right person and added that it was easy to know the person who loves you genuinely. He said during the interview that he had felt he missed the dating phase since he was busy earning in his life. Eddie Butita said he wanted a lady whom he would feel they would build each other to become great. He claimed he was in phase which he would not be fully there for a woman but he will definitely get married in future.

AG Dorcas Oduor Nearly Comes to Blows with Nelson Havi During Masengeli’s Hearing

AG Dorcas Oduor and Nelson Havi have been involved in a tense confrontation during Gilbert Masengeli appearance in court. AG Dorcas Oduor had appeared in court as part of the legal team to defend Masengeli after he failed to appear in court summons seven times. His appearance led to justice Lawrence Mugambi deciding to give him a chance to redeem himself. AG Dorcas said that Masengeli had failed to appear in court since he had other commitments out of Nairobi whenever he was needed. This made her clash with Nelson Havi and get into a short -heated argument. During the heated argument, Nelson Havi was heard telling AG Dorcas Oduor to sit down. This made her to stand and confront him while standing. ‘You must respect people. Why the drama? We are all adults’ AG Dorcas was heard responding to Nelson Havi. The heated exchange continued as AG Dorcas mentioned that he should go out and listen to the press as everybody deserved dignity. AG Dorcas therefore sat and remained calm while smiling.

Former President Moi’s Grandson Sentenced to Jail Time Over Child Support

Kibet, Moi’s grandson, has been sentenced to seven days in jail for failure to obey court orders. This was after he failed to support his two children. The case had been filed by his ex-wife Gladys Jeruto. Kibet was arrested on Wednesday in Ongata Rongai, Nakuru County after eluding from the police for four months. He spent the night at the Nakuru police station before taken to court. After being arraigned in court, Kibet’s lawyer said that Kibet had no source on income and therefore that was the reason why he couldn’t support his children financially. Despite that, Nakuru Principal Magistrate Kipkurui made the ruling that Kibet had to be confined at GK prisons. Magistrate Kipkurui further said in his ruling that Gladys Jeruto was expected to tabulate the exact sum owned by Kibet and served upon the judgement data within three days. The case will be mentioned on 26th of September to confirm compliance of the order given by the court.

Musician Otile Brown has lately been the talk of many online after he previewed his latest rap song.  Fans have given their opinion with many suggesting that he could just stuck to R&B style stating that rap is not for him. Taking to his Instagram account, the musician emphasized that those who are quick to judge may not have taken time to fully appreciate the song’s message or to listen to it thoroughly. He continued to express his confidence in his musical abilities as he firmly believes that there will never come a time when he will release a song that does not meet his high standards. “Sijawahi kutoa wimbo mbaya na haita wahi tokea nikitoa song na hujaipenda ni wewe tu ndio hujaielewa au pengine hujaipa nafasi ukweli naamini unaujua.” Otile Brown also went ahead to share throwback clips of his songs from the past two years showcasing the consistent quality of hits he has been releasing. Stevo Simple Boy came with the slogan and he has gained more popularity noting that this is one of his many slogans he has. In a recent interview, Musician Stephen Otieno who is popularly known as Stevo Simple Boy has explained the origin of his latest phrase. “Unajua mimi ni mhenga, mhenga aliyebaki Kenya hii. This is my unique thing that others are not doing.” According to him he wanted to capture his fans’ attention in an inspiring way. “Actually, I was just at home, looking at my phone. You see? I was doing something and thought, ‘What can I do today to make my fans happy?’ So, I came up with ‘Kumbavu Zangu, Umbwa Mimi.’ I posted it online, and suddenly everyone was saying ‘Umbwa Mimi’ and joining the challenge.’’ Thanks to his many phrases and popularity Stevo has secured a deal and he will be performing in Saudi Arabia next week. “It is in Arabic.
