46th President of the United States Joe Biden has regrets for withdrawing out of this year’s Presidential race.
According to the White house source, this was due to the fact that he believed he could defeat President -elect Donald Trump in last month’s election despite the negative poll indications.
President Joe Biden also reportedly said that he made a mistake choosing Merick Garland as his Attorney General claiming that Garland was slow to prosecute Donald Trump for his role on the 6th of January 2021 insurrection while presiding over a Justice Department that aggressively prosecuted Biden’s son Hunter.

The U.S President stepped aside to be replaced as his party’s nominee by the US Vice President Kamala Harris after increasing pressure from fellow Democrats.
Harris’s raise to the top of the ticket led to a lot of enthusiasm which ended in decisive electoral college and popular vote defeat.
His view was disputed by Many of Harris supporters who blamed the President for waiting too long before withdrawing this leaving the Vice President with little time to mount an effective campaign.
In the 2024 elections, Trump won 312 votes while Kamara Harris was defeated with 226 votes. The 312 votes that Trump received was eight votes greater than what he recorded in 2016.
Trump got 49.8 percent while Kamala Harris got 48.3 votes which became the second largest total turn out in US history in absolute terms.
