Ruben Amorim has been appointed as the new manager of Manchester united.
Ruben is set to replace Erick Ten Hag who was fired by Manchester United for failing to improve his team in the opening games of 2024-2025 term.
The news about his appointment was announced by a statement by Manchester United.

Manchester United is delighted to announce the appointment of Ruben Amorim as the head Coach of the men’s first team, subject to work visa requirements.

Manchester United also said in their statement that Ruben signed a contract with them till June 2027 with a club option of an additional year.
Reuben is one most highly rated young coach in the European football.
He is highly rated as a player as well.
His titles include wining the Premiere League twice in Portugal with Sporting CP, the first which was the club’s first title in 19 years.
Reuben is currently the coach of Portugal team Sporting Lisbon and has been working with them since 2020.

Ruben is set to join Manchester United on Monday 11th November once he has fulfilled his obligations with Sporting CP.
Before Ruben joins the team as a coach, Rud Van Nistelrooy will continue to take charge for the next few days.
