SoftCare sanitary pad company have been on fire since numerus Kenyan women complains.
The complaints were taken to social media since many women reported severe skin irritations and menstrual dysfunctions.
The complaints included boils, rashes, itching and disruptions to menstrual cycles leading to public demand for action from both the company.

This came months after SoftCare came to limelight as the most preferred brand in the sanitary pads and diapers categories as the Consumer Choice Awards Kenya which took place in July 2024.
Regarding the complaints, SoftCare issued an official statement on December 3rd addressing the complaints.

Your voices matter to us. and we are committed to listening. learning and continually improving to better serve you.
They stated.

They assured the public that the company takes quality seriously and has implemented regular quality assurance checks to ensure products meet customer expectations.
They added in their statement that their company undergoes routine inspections by relevant authorities and other regulators, consistently meeting all requirement standards.
We remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality, and we will continue to work closely with our internal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure the best experience for everyone who uses our products.
The company further said.
They further requested their customers that if they experience any issues, they should reach out through their official customer support channels.
