US Embassy have denied fake later that has been circulating on social media banning Oscar Sudi and Kipchumba Murkomen from travelling to US.
The later had stated that the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in coordination with the US Embassy in Kenya herewith restricted the individuals named Oscar Kipchumba Sudi and Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen from entering the United States of America.
The travel bans fake letter also stated that the ban was lifted from December 1st, 2024, at midnight.

The above-named individuals Oscar Kipchumba Sudi and Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen who are senior Kenyan government officials’ investigations for receiving bribes and facilitating tenders to the Adani Group Limited. The current indefinite entry restrictions into the United States denotes that there will be a suspension of visa exemption policy and issuance of tourist visa, e-visa and visa on Mr. Sudi’s and Murkomen’s said travel documents.
The fake letter further stated.

US Embassy took to the social media platform on X and considered the message as fake as the two senior government officials had not been banned from travelling to the United States of America.
