Kirinyaga Women Rep Jane Njeri Summoned by DCI over Alleged Plans to Cause Chaos

Kirinyaga women rep Jane Njeri has been summoned DCI towards plans of sabotaging the public participation exercise on Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua impeachment motion. This was after the senator of Tana River raised a censure motion for Gachagua to be impeached. The senator said in his statement that Gachagua had started behaving as the Co-President of Kenya and therefore, there was need for the succession of the impeachment. He had done works like allocation of resources which was supposed to be done by the President. After a while, the desire for the public participation towards the motion censure was passed the through. Jane Njeri said that she had been summoned to appear before the DCI on Thursday, 3rd October 2024. Miss Njeri described the summon as something that was meant to intimidate her because she was the biggest supporter of Rigathi Gachagua. She further stated that the reason was to cause fear for the public participation whether the impeachment should take place towards the people of Central Kirinyaga. Njeri promised to continue telling the people of Kirinyaga to come out in large number and express the constitutional rights on Friday. Gachagua’s impeachment motion has been supported by 291 MPs supporting the bid.

Bolo Bespoke’s Wife Denies Dancing with Timmy TDat on Stage

Bolo Bespoke’s wife, Mueni has disapproved claims that she was the woman in a viral clip dancing with Timmy TDat at Dr. Ofweneke’s show. The video went viral after the two had recently celebrated their colorful traditional wedding attended by celebrities in Kenya which caught the attention of many. The celebration was powerful as the two duos had been together for nine years and covered every journey of their lives together till fame and money. Mueni said in Dr. Ofweneke’s at TV 47 show that Timmy was dating her best friend Kush Tracy. She further said that to her, Timmy was like a brother-in-law. Bolo Bespoke went on to defend his wife by saying during 2018, Mueni was at the house since she was pregnant. He added that the woman in the video was tiny but Mueni was curvier and light skin. Mueni also said that back in 2018, she had been accused of being seen with Sonko in Voi running as the photo and videos circulated all over. Timmy on the other hand spoke about the video after it went viral. He said that the lady was just a random fan who caught his attention dismissing claims that the lady was his dancer.

Evidence That Shows Gov’t is Moving Kenyans from NHIF to SHA

Millions of Kenyans have been moved from National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) to Social Health Authority. The whole process was initiated by the government. The reason for the movement was modernize healthcare services in line with the country’s Universal Health Coverage (UHC) agenda. The main aim was to centralize health coverage for citizens and provide a better approach to health care services. Many Kenyans received a message that notified them that their NHIF account had been migrated successfully to Social Health Authority. Some Kenyans felt unease raising questions about consent and data transparency. They claimed that the whole process was happening without full consent of an individuals. The consent was being raised on social media and various other platforms. It was pointed out that NHIF had struggled with issues of members who went silent in the past. The automatic transfer of data to the SHA was to clean the registry and validate membership data. 2.5 million Kenyans had registered with SHA in September. The number of the registrations rose to 12 million while 9.9 million migrated from NHIF. As the movement continues, Kenyans are expected to pay 2.75% of their income to SHA.

Millie Odhiambo Introduces Her Husband during Extravagant Book Launch

Millie Odhiambo, a Kenyan Member of Parliament has finally introduced her husband. Being a Member of Parliament, despite being a Professional lawyer, she has represented Suba Constituency located at Homa Bay County. She has been a member of Orange Democratic Movement. Millie Odhiambo has been described as controversial and outspoken. This was due to the fact Millie had always spoken anything that was on her mind without fear of anyone. She recently introduced her husband Mabona during the launching of her book Be Rigged on October 1st 2024 who was present at the event. Kenyan Politicain Martha Karua who had once vied to be the President of Kenya was present at the event. The Kenyan Member of Parliament was dressed in a red dress and goldish nek piece. During the introduction her husband referred to her as ‘My Cherie’ in French. She said that her husband was an elder at the church and that was the main reason why she referred to her as Elder Mabona. Millie Odhiambo seemed to blush. This warmed the hearts of many. Mabona also whispered something on Mabona’s ears before he left. Kenyans got amazed by the situation as they had never seen the lady shy like that before.

Morara Kebaso Gets Approval to Register INJECT Party Ahead of 2027 General Elections

Morara Kebaso, a Kenyan activist, has been officially approved to register his political party by the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties. The political party has been called the Inclusion of National Justice Economic and Civic Transformation. The Kenyan Activist was gifted a house at Kahawa Sukari sometime back which he asked Kenyans to help him contribute the money for funding the furnitures of the house. Kenyans raised an approximate of three million which helped him to buy an old car and even buy furnitures of the house claiming that his organization had very many different departments. The development had been made after the party’s initial step towards full registration. According to the Office of the registrar of Political parties, the name of the political party had been reserved for a period of 90 days from the issuance of the letter. This allowed the party to proceed with its next step in the political registration process. In regards to this, Morara Kebaso announced that the INJECT Party of Kenya will sweep Parliament Senate and all Elective seats like a flash flood. He further stated that he was welcoming anyone to the office at Kahawa Sukari, Kiu River Road, 6th South Avenue.

Government Plans to Forcefully Deduct Funds from M-pesa to Recover Money from Hustler Fund Defaulters

Kenyan government has planned to recover Ksh. 7 B from Kenyans who have borrowed hustler fund. The hustler fund was introduced by President William Ruto soon after he became the President of Kenya. This was after the growing concern that the fund was difficult to recover. It was recorded that 13 million Kenyans had failed to pay the loans and the government had to be forced to repay the loan via the defaulters M Pesa accounts and even repay airtime. Elizabeth Nkuku, CEO of hustler fund said that the defaulters had failed to pay the loans despite the numerous reminders. She furthers said that the defaulters had borrowed their loans the first and second months when hustler fund was introduced to the people. Elizabeth said that those defaulters were capable Kenyans who could repay their loans. The defaulters had an average transaction of ksh. 21,000. She explained that the organization had phone numbers and National Id’s of every defaulter which was the beauty of the fund. Members of the committee wondered why the government had issued the loans to Kenyans without insurance. Elizabeth confirmed to them that the hustler fund money was not insured and that was why there was introduction of forceful recovery. The committee directed the organization to give them the details of all the defaulters.

World War 3? Iran Launches Its Largest Missile Attack on Israel

Iran has launched largest attack on Israel. Iran fired 200 ballistic missiles that appeared too had been blunted by Israel defenses with help of United States and its allies. Israel Prime Minister said that Iran had made a big mistake as fear grew. Iran said they responded to the attack based on the killings of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh. Apart from launching the war, Iran military chief warned boarder strikes if Israel responded. As the war escalates, Israel will send more troops to Southern Lebanon. The military urged residents of two villages in Southwest Lebanon within 18 miles of the boarder to move about 31 miles further into the country. Those residents were urged to move to Awali River. The warning came a day after Israel military issued evacuation orders for 27 villages on Tuesday 1st. Those residents were also told not travel using vehicles on Litani River towards South Lebanon. This was after the assassination of Hezbollah’s leader Hassan Nasrallah and Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh. The Hezbollah Lebanese group has been believed to be the most heavily armed non-state group in the world. Hamas emerged in 1987 as a Muslim brotherhood. The have been receiving weapons and training from Iran.

Mulamwah Pampers Wife Ruth K with Gifts from His China Trip

Kenyan content creator and comedian Mulamwah has showered his life partner with gifts from China. The two have been together close to three years. Mulamwah had been selected to go to trip to China as a brand ambassador accompanied by Moya David. The content creator was supposed to explore the China culture, town and its landmarks. They were supposed to showcase their exploration via their social media platforms informing others about their Chinese culture. The three content creators were chosen by the Chinese embassy who wanted them to explore China, Kenya being the highest country using their social media platform tiktok out of all the content creators that had applied for the chance. The trip had been for three days. Upon coming back, Mulamwah decided to surprise his wife with gifts from China. The content creator gifted his wife a handbag which contained a chain pocket and a hand fan. Mulamwah also gifted Ruth three sling bags which Ruth hanged across shoulders admiring how she looked good in them. As Ruth K admired the gifts that were bought for her which also included classy crocs, rings and necklaces which had different expensive stones attached.

Jimmy Wanjigi Accuses State Agents of Harassment

Business man Jimmy Wanjigi has made accusations about state agents wanting to harass him and his family by keeping surveillance operation outside his residence. Wanjigi said on twitter reported the incident on Friday claiming that there was presence of unmarked vehicles outside his home. He noted again that they had been there for a week. He compared the unmarked vehicles with the operations of Directorate of Criminal Investigations. Sometime back, youths in Kenya had declared a protest for Finance Bill and later on they stated that they wanted to reject Ruto in Kenya. These protests went on and on that there was a belief that somebody was funding them. Wanjigi was among those suspected of financing the protests. This made them to raid Wanjigi’s home on August 8th 2024 in Muthaiga. The policemen allegedly said that they had recovered gadgets and grenades from one of his escort vehicles. The business man denied the claims and hid from the polices after being appealed to surrender to the police for questioning. A such warrant was issued to his home on August 16th where the police entered his premises in order to conduct investigations and obtain evidence. Although it happened, Wanjigi was arrested on August 19th at the DCI Milimani office after presenting himself for questioning over his alleged funding for the protests. He was released two weeks later on a personal bond of 10 million after a court appearance. He was also ordered to surrender his passport for a ruling that is schedule for 12th September.
