Eric Omondi to hold a memorable event to honor the heroes who lost their lives during the anti- finance protest. The protest happened this year where many lost their lives. Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has recently disclosed that there will be a mega event on 20th  October to celebrate all the victims of the anti – finance protest. Apart from comedy Eric is also mostly known for his social justice campaigns. He announced the event as a tribute to the real heroes who stood against the controversial bill earlier this year. The comedian further noted  that the Mashujaa Day celebrations which typically honor historical figures and freedom fighters would not address the sacrifice made by ordinary Kenyans in recent protests. Mashujaa Day is celebrated every October 20 and  is one of Kenya’s most significant national holidays. It commemorates the heroes and heroines who fought for the country’s independence.  The celebrations are normally  led by the president and other top government officials, with speeches and parades honoring historical figures like Jomo Kenyatta, Dedan Kimathi, and other liberation icons.

Njambi Wa Njau says good bye to Inooro TV. She has been a TV presenter in the station since 2020. Renowned Inooro TV presenter Njambi Wa Njau  has recently disclosed that she has finally left Inooro Tv. Taking to her socials, Njambi has pinned a message confirming that she has left the station and a new bigger door has been opened. Njambi continued in her message to thank God for the new face and step God has given her and for blessing and choosing her among many. Life is about leaving what you think you love and trying new things.Its about coming to a closure of the things that make you think you are ok and yet you are not. ‘’I thank God for the new face and step of life he has given me I thank him for choosing me among Many and blessing me. My tenure at inooro tv has come to an end but I thank God for the new blessing…..’’ The ex presenter further disclosed that she has been received warmly in the US thanking God for that also. ‘’So far so good I am thankful for the warm welcome I have received in Washington…’’ Njambi joined the Inooro TV newsroom as a reporter in 2016 before resigning in 2018 for another opportunity that she revealed did not work well forcing her to make a comeback at the RMS station in 2020. Many of her fans flocked to the comment section to congratulate her for the new beginning  with others noting that they will indeed miss her a lot on the set.

Trevor’s current girlfriend is not a social media person. According to him she has  more important things to keep her busy and away from online life. Just a few days after content creator Mungai Eve revealed that she was never in love with her ex boyfriend Trevor and that circumstances made her move in with him, Trevor has finally broken the silence. Speaking to journalist Ankali Ray, Director Trevor shocked many when he refused to comment  on the issue, maintaining that the focus should now be on his current girlfriend and not the past one. Talking about  her, Director Trevor bragged about his new girlfriend referring to her as a ‘corporate babe’ who you will never find seeking social media attention. He  continued to reveal that unlike the past, he has no plans of creating his new lady social media pages or marketing her online as she already has projects keeping her busy away from the online life. When he was asked if  his decision to keep the new girl offline was because he feared suffering the same fate as his previous relationship, Director Trevor denied this saying that his new lady had no intentions of getting famous nor is she a social media person. Yvette Obura was on the verge of being homeless last year in the month of April. She has recently encouraged people to not ever give up no matter how tough the journey is. Bahati’s baby mama Yvette Obura who is also known as mama Mueni has recently disclosed how she almost ended up homeless last year. Taking to her Tiktok account, the mother of one started by thanking the heavens for always being there for her and turning things around even when she was at her lowest, further explaining how she almost ended up homeless. ‘’Last year was so hard for me. I was on the verge of being homeless. I was in a very bad place. I would lock myself in the room and cry every day. But one thing about me is that I never give up on God and praying. In April is when I lost everything; I mean everything.’’  She continued to recall how she was having a hard time trying to deal with reality, something that was making her have second thoughts of even relocating from her two- bedroom house. “In April is when I lost everything. When I say everything, I mean everything… I remember telling my sister, Life is so hard, and at this point I think I will go to Mom’s or relocate from my 2 bedrooms to a bedsitter, and she was like, No, we serve a living God.” According to her God never disappoints since she was able to get a breakthrough and she can now be able to afford things she could not afford last year at a time like this. “If you told me last year at a time like this that I would be able to afford to pay for my trip to Dubai,… it means a lot where I am as of now, and it is truly a blessing. I remember telling God, I want to make my daughter so proud, and I thank God my daughter has able parents. Like Akikosa Huku, Huko Kwingine Atapata. For someone who went from sleeping on a mattress within a year, I upgraded my mom’s car; I traveled three times; this year I am in Dubai with my bestie; it is all really a testimony.” Yvette concluded by stating that the reason why she chose to do the live session was to inspire people out there to not give up and trust no matter how tough the journey may be.

Taking to their socials, the couple shared the exciting news to their fans with a lot of  excitement. Censure Motion Filed Against President William Ruto Over Abductions

Senator Dan Maanzo files a censure motion against the president. According to the senator, Ruto has failed to protect the lives of Kenyans. Makueni Senator Dan Maanzo has filed a censure motion against Ruto at the Senate over the conduct of the head of state. According to the senator, the president has failed in his capacity as the head of state to address key issues and problems facing the citizens of Kenya at the moment. In the motion, Dan Maanzo wants Ruto censured over the recent treatment of protestors during the antigovernment protests in Nairobi. The senator argues that Ruto failed to protect the lives of Kenyans at the height of the protests despite being the Chair of the National Security Council. “CONCERNED THAT Article 25(a) (c) provides for rights and fundamental freedoms which CANNOT be limited; the right to freedom from torture and cruel inhuman treatment or degrading treatment or punishment, right to fair trial bearing in mind the recent abductions, torture and disappearances of Kenyans.’’  The motion continues to argue that the President watched over the management of the government and failed to ensure that Kenyans had access to better services within the devolved units further accusing the president of delay in remitting funds to counties.

Morara Kebaso Released On 50k Cash Bail

Activist Morara Kebaso is finally free after a cash bail of Ksh 50,000. He is expected to appear again for a hearing on Friday 4th October at 2 pm.    Kenyan activist Morara Kebaso has been released on a cash bail 50k at the Milimani Law Court. The High Court has directed Morara Kedaso alongside his lawyer to appear for a hearing on 4th October at 2 pm. During the court proceedings, NARC-Kenya party leader Martha Karua acted as Kebaso’s lead counsel alongside a team of more than ten other lawyers. Morara was arrested yesterday while he was in his office at Kahawa Sukari by the detectives. Morara was charged with cyber harassment which is contrary to section 27 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act among other charges. According to the charge sheet, on 28th September 2024, Morara alongside his accomplices allegedly posted false information about David Langat. “David Morara Kebaso alias Morara Kebaso Snr on the 28th day of September 2024 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, jointly with others not before the court, while using the X Corp Account dubbed; @MoraraKebasoSnr, knowingly without lawful excuse, posted false information to wit…”  During Morara’s arrest yesterday, his lawyer managed to trail the police car up to the Nairobi Regional Headquarters where he was detained before he was transferred to the DCI headquarters. Many of his supporters had also staged outside the Milimani High Court demanding his release.

Kenyans outside Milimani Law Court demanding for the release of activist Morara Kebaso. Morara was arrested yesterday while he was in his office in Kahawa Sukari. Kenyan Gen z have today staged a protest outside Milimani Law Court demanding the release of activist Morara Kebaso who was arrested yesterday by detectives at his office in Kahawa Sukari. Morara has been accused of several charges including cyber harassment which is contrary to section 27 of the Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Act. According to the charge sheet, on 28th September 2024, Morara alongside his accomplices allegedly posted false information about David Langat. “David Morara Kebaso alias Morara Kebaso Snr on the 28th day of September 2024 at an unknown place within the Republic of Kenya, jointly with others not before the court, while using the X Corp Account dubbed; @MoraraKebasoSnr, knowingly without lawful excuse, posted false information to wit…”  In a post Morara made, he had allegedly accused President William Ruto of reportedly tricking Langat into lending the Head of State an exorbitant amount of money with a promise to refund and according to Morara Langat allegedly took huge loan to fund the president, and was hit by wave of actions that saw him reportedly lose property worth million to the government. “William Ruto approached DL Langat and told him he desperately needed more money for the campaign. DL Langat used his properties as security and took big loans to help his friend…Right now DL Langat is being auctioned by banks and the person who is buying the properties is William Ruto.”  The activist is currently arraigned at Milimani Law Court alongside the former Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu who was also arrested yesterday.

Miss Trudy And Wode Maya Are Officially Relocating To Kenya

Kenyan content creator Miss Trudy and Wode Maya will be relocating to Kenya from Ghana. The two have been married for two years. Content creator Miss Trudy and her Ghanaian husband have recently announced that they are relocating to Kenya. Taking to her socials, Miss Trudy revealed that she has not been in Kenya for nearly a year now and she is coming back and this time she is not coming alone.  “I haven’t been in Kenya for the last almost one year. I am moving to Kenya, and I am not going to Kenya like to visit. We are relocating to Kenya, not just me but me and Maya.” The content creator further explained that despite her busy traveling schedule, she plans to stay in Kenya for a while before she can resume traveling. Miss Trudy has recently been forced to address rumors that her marriage was going through  problems and they were almost divorcing with the husband. A topic that came out after she did an interview and opened up on not being able to spend enough time with Wode due to their busy schedule. According to Miss Trudy, many understood her the wrong way and misinterpreted her since she answered the interviewer honestly. This is after acquiring a birth certificate and an ID card.  Gen Z Goliath is over the moon after finally receiving an ID and a birth certificate that he was promised a few weeks ago. Taking to his Instagram account, Bradley took time to thank Kenyans for the support they have given him so far noting that he is ready to acquire a passport now. “Thank you Kenyans! Finally got my Birth certificate & Identity Card. Is it okay to say that I am officially a Kenyan citizen? Looking forward to getting the biggest passport now.” Bradley became famous due to his body appearance and from then he has been receiving privileges in different ways. He had met with the government spokesperson Isaac Mwaura and that was when he was promised on getting his government essential documents. Apart from this Gen Z Goliath has also been able to secure other opportunities such as being brand ambassador of different brands and even getting free sponsored vacation for some few days.
